A few things you might be wondering.
Do customers need another app?
No. Customers can keep their loyalty card in Google Wallet, or use their card in a web browser.
Do I need a card reader?
No extra hardware. Staff use a phone or tablet camera to scan the customer's QR code.
Can I change my card later?
Yes. You can return to your card builder to change its colours, artwork and programme details.
What about Apple Wallet?
Apple Wallet is being prepared. It will be available when the pass service is enabled. Google Wallet is supported today.
