1. What Stampah provides
Stampah provides digital loyalty programmes, customer cards, stamp and reward records, staff scanning, and Google Wallet passes where available.
2. Merchant accounts and staff
Merchants must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Merchants are responsible for authorised staff accounts, permissions and activity carried out through them. Staff may use Stampah only for the business that authorised them.
3. Loyalty programmes and rewards
Merchants are responsible for configuring their programmes accurately and for honouring the rewards and conditions they offer customers. Stampah records activity but does not determine whether a customer is entitled to a merchant’s reward.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another business’s data, submit unlawful or misleading content, or use Stampah to compromise security or privacy.
5. Content and intellectual property
Merchants retain responsibility for the business names, logos, programme details and other content they submit. You give Stampah permission to host and display that content as needed to provide the service. Stampah and its software, design and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
6. Third-party services
Stampah relies on Supabase, Vercel and Google services for parts of the service, including Google Wallet functionality. Their own terms and availability may apply. Stampah is not responsible for a third party’s independent service or policy.
7. Cancellation and termination
A merchant may stop using the service. We may suspend or terminate access for serious breach, security risk, misuse, or where the service is discontinued. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes where practicable.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stampah provides the service with reasonable care and skill and does not promise that it will meet every business objective or that Google Wallet will always accept or display a pass. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability will be limited to a fair and reasonable amount having regard to the circumstances.
9. Data Processing Agreement
Where Stampah processes personal data for a merchant, the Data Processing Agreement also applies.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights. Stampah is operated by Abdelrahman Mahmoud, trading as Stampah. Contact abdelrahman.w.mahmoud@gmail.com.
