Merchant help
We can help with merchant setup, programme configuration, staff access, customer cards, stamps and rewards.
Billing and subscription help
For an unexpected charge, failed payment, renewal, cancellation, refund request or a billing portal that will not open, email support from the account owner's address. Include the business name, the charge date and amount, and the last four characters of the Stripe invoice or receipt identifier if available. Do not send a full card number, security code or payment screenshot containing complete card details.
We will acknowledge billing requests as soon as reasonably practicable and investigate them with Stripe. Refunds, credits and cancellation dates depend on the checkout terms, the subscription state and applicable law; contacting support does not itself cancel a subscription. Account owners should use Account → Billing → Manage billing when it is available.
Customer loyalty and passes
If you cannot join a programme, see the wrong stamp balance, or cannot redeem a reward, contact the business running that programme first.
Wallet passes
If a pass will not add or update, check that your device supports the wallet you are using, then retry from your Stampah card link. If the issue continues, send support the card link and a description of what happened; do not send passwords or private keys.
Account, deletion and login help
For merchant or staff sign-in issues, include the email address used for the account and a description of the problem. Never send a password. Verified owners can request merchant deletion in Account → Danger Zone, and customers can delete loyalty data from their individual card. For complete identity erasure across programmes, or if self-service is unavailable, send a privacy request with the relevant account, programme or card details.
Contact support
Email stampahsupport@gmail.com. Include the business name, account email and a short description so the request can be routed correctly. Do not include passwords, private keys or complete payment-card details. Email delivery and response times still require a real launch test; no fixed response-time guarantee is made.
