Stampah for cafés

Turn the usual coffee into a reason to return.

A neighbourhood café sees familiar faces at the counter every day. Stampah gives you a simple way to recognise those visits with a reward that belongs on your menu and fits the pace of service.

No extra scanner or customer app required.

Keep the idea simple

A loyalty card should fit around the work you already do.

One possible starting point

A chosen number of qualifying orders earns a café treat.

An example to adapt to your own services, customers and reward terms.

01

Decide what earns a stamp

Before you print a QR poster, choose the purchase or visit that qualifies. One drink, a minimum spend or a particular order may suit different cafés; the important part is that staff and customers can understand the rule.

Keep any exclusions beside the rule so customers know what to expect when they join.

02

Make joining fit the queue

Place the QR code where people can scan it while they wait or when they collect their order. Customers enter a first name and open the card in their browser; they can also keep it in Google Wallet.

At checkout, staff scan the card with a phone or tablet camera and add a stamp. There is no separate card reader to place on the counter.

03

Choose a reward that feels like yours

A familiar drink, an extra with a future order or a different small treat can all work. Think about what your regulars would enjoy and what your team can deliver consistently during a busy shift.
